All orders are sent Monday to Friday.

You can expect to receive your goods within 2-4wks as all orders are handmade to order, please note that international deliveries will take longer than 2wks.

We provide express shipping or standard shipping at checkout

DELIVERY
All orders ship Monday through Friday. Orders will be shipped as soon as your item is made. Delivery will depend on shipping option chosen at purchase.
Yes we do send overseas - we would be super excited to send our lovely detachable collars to you- you just need to email us hello@petitechou.com.au
Remember shipping will vary depending on the number of items you purchase. Shipping costs will be provided at checkout- but rest assured we will always provide the most effective and efficient way to get your your goods.

REFUND/EXCHANGE
As everything is handmade to order we dont offer refunds unless the garment is not fit for purpose or faulty.

HOW TO RETURN
To return or exchange please email us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Email: hello@petitechou.com.au with your order number and return/exchange details and return address. Once we have confirmed receipt of email and we agree to refund or exchange we will provide an address to send back to us.

– Please check your address, if its incorrect unfortunately we’re not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender.
– Items that are sold on discounted/promotion or sale items are considered final sale and can not be returned (no return or refund).

FAULTY ITEM

If for some reason you received a faulty item or the wrong item was shipped please contact us asap at.
