You can expect to receive your goods within 2-4wks as all orders are handmade to order, please note that international deliveries will take longer than 2wks.

All orders ship Monday through Friday. Orders will be shipped as soon as your item is made. Delivery will depend on shipping option chosen at purchase.
Yes we do send overseas - we would be super excited to send our lovely detachable collars to you- you just need to email us firstname.lastname@example.org
Remember shipping will vary depending on the number of items you purchase. Shipping costs will be provided at checkout- but rest assured we will always provide the most effective and efficient way to get your your goods.
As everything is handmade to order we dont offer refunds unless the garment is not fit for purpose or faulty.

To return or exchange something, please email us within 7 days of the delivery date.
